Sorry it’s been a while… but WE’RE BACK BABY!!! In this weeks episode we talk about our recent try-on experiences discussing not only the watches but the full shabang. Find out also whether we’ve changed our preconceptions about some of the watches already on our WonderWall. 

We may be late to the party, but what we do have is the best opinions and WONDERful battles with our Best and Worst picks from the Watches and Wonders event of 2022. We talk about LASERS. We talk about ROUND TABLES. We also talk about how one person could think a watch is amazing, and then get shit on by all his 'friends'. Find out who that loser is in this episode!

Now that you've heard about the brand, we took it upon ourselves to pick four models from their collection (BUT given 5!), which were lent to us by Emily/Crispin, to review the build quality and overall look. We dive into each model and talk about our honest opinions of each timepiece, which we (tried to) rotated around each other, so will all got a chance to wear all four.

In today's episode we are creating our very own watch, taken different elements from other watch brands and merging them together to create our first "Masterpiece". Each of us had 2 elements from: Case, Bezel, Chapter Ring, Strap, Dial, Markers, Hands and Complications (Movement). We didn't tell each other at all what ideas we were individually thinking of, so who knows what we were going to create!

Doxa paved the way with a hip new trend of orange dials, so we set a challenge for the team to find other watch brands to tackle the orange dial hype. We soon found that simply searching ‘Orange Dials’ Doxa flooded the results, so we had to dig deep. There may be a lot of blood sweat and tears in this episode, so strap your self in, and come along for this wacky orange adventure.

Happy Lunar New Year to all our listeners! We've got a special episode for you all, as MGM themselves (*cough*) have tasked us to pick out a watch for the one, the only, Rocky Balboa (Sylvester Stallone) for the new Rocky film... whenever that comes out. Also, Nick decided to go visit the Angels again, so no mis pronouncements in this episode!

We explore the usual world of 'Grim' watches and get a glimpse into the unexpected market and wonder why people, EVEN SHAQ (and the watches we found is even too big for their wrist?!), would wear or endorse these f*cked-up watches.

Following on from the big names discussed last episode, we’ve decided to shift our lens smaller this week…. Micro in fact. With a £2k budget in our imaginary pockets, which watches are we going to highlight from the darlings of the watch world? Expect a lot of sapphire grade disagreement, budget breaking (not from Tse for once) and somehow a spot of dolphin anatomy.
